I Fail At Life, That's Why I Became An Artist.

I’m trying to figure out what I want to do for Project Rooftop’s latest redesign contest- The Fantastic Four! For those of you not familiar with Project Rooftop, the idea is to remake superhero/villain costumes without changing the character at all.

I’m having some trouble with this one because I love their original costumes- they’re simple and to the point and they’re actually a UNIFORM, which you almost never see. I also LOVE the logo. THAT is staying. I’m thinking of a more science oriented Challengers of the Unknown (who also have a uniform!) for this, but I’m just not quite there yet. I made my Reed Richards croqui this morning and did a whole bunch of these. The ones here are definitely not being used. 1. Too Forbidden Planet 2. This one’s okay. A little dull. 3. Feels like Cap for some reason 4. Too high school jock 5. They’re not in space THAT often.
